The company understands that not all are business minded, nor academically based, but others are artistic and therefore in 2015 the South African Business Intelligence Agency registered the Transformers Arts Organisation in giving those with an artistic approach to success the capabilities to do so. In 2018 the founder Mr L. B Nkotsi founded another entity S.A.H.D Corp. (South African Human Development Corporation) in order to look into specifically developing the societies and communities of South Africa, to develope in such a scale it requires for the company to incorporate with other companies to bring this plan to its success; this will alos give emerging companies to have experience and knowledge in the main ideology of business. 

T.A.Organisation was born from a group of friends who would go around to local churches and artistic competitions, they would change people's lives after their performances where mosr repented from their ways and therefore that's how it came to be known as Transformers Arts Organisation.
